Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Data Clerk/Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time (1.0EFT) or part-time (0.8EFT) ongoing basis. EFT can be negotiated for the right candidate.

The Data Clerk/Receptionist provides essential clerical and administrative support to Gippsland BreastScreen, ensuring accurate data entry, image preparation, and high-quality reception services. This role supports assessment clinics, manage client records, and assists with quality assurance processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the BreastScreen program and compliance with national standards.

The role of the Data Clerk/Receptionist is:

* Deliver professional reception services, greet clients, and manage inquiries.
* Accurately enter client data into BreastScreen systems and maintain compliance with standards.
* Prepare and manage digital images for ready and assist with complex image handling protocols.
* Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including letter preparation and scheduling.
* Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to workflow improvements.
* Support team objectives, policy updates, and assist with mail and general office tasks.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
* Experience in data entry, health records systems, and Microsoft 365.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills in a busy office environment.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and support quality improvement initiatives.
* Previous experience in healthcare or women's health is desirable.
