Overview
This role involves maintaining and configuring Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience platforms. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to develop automated processes using declarative tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting OmniStudio components, performing system administration, deploying changes via DevOps, investigating logs, evaluating Salesforce releases, maintaining documentation, liaising with stakeholders, working within an Agile methodology, troubleshooting API and integration issues, developing event monitoring, and providing team training.
Selection Criteria
* At least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Experience with Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio.
* Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
* Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder.
* Experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.
* Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification is a plus.
* Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
