About the Role
Join a supportive and innovative teaching team where your clinical knowledge shapes future Enrolled Nurses. This role blends classroom delivery, practical skill development, and workplace assessment. You’ll guide students across varied learning environments, build confidence in their clinical readiness, and bring industry practice to life. No two days look the same—one moment you’re facilitating engaging sessions, and the next you’re visiting students on clinical placement across Geelong and Werribee.

Some key responsibilities for this role include:
* Prepare, deliver and assess vocational education using varied and flexible methods
* Visit students across clinical sites in Geelong and Werribee for assessment and support
* Create inclusive learning experiences for learners with diverse backgrounds and abilities
* Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials and delivery approaches
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, students and industry partners

About You:
You’re an enthusiastic nursing professional who enjoys teaching, assessing and supporting students to grow. You work well in a collaborative team, build rapport with students quickly, and bring a positive, flexible approach to your work. You’re confident reading a room, engaging learners and adapting to diverse student needs. You’re adaptable and open to varied clinical environments while assessing students in the workplace.
Additionally, you will have:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or near completion)
* A Bachelor of Nursing plus current AHPRA registration
* Broad industry experience across areas such as acute, mental health, aged care, primary care and wound management
* Confidence and interest in clinical placement visits, including travel across Geelong and Werribee
* COVID vaccination to industry standard

Salary Range:
Casual Teacher L1 | $90.07 (teaching) and $61.22 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF4 teaching qualification
Casual Teacher L2 | $93.61 (teaching) and $63.62 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF5 teaching qualification
Casual Teacher L3 | $97.31 (teaching) and $66.10 (non-teaching) per hour | AQF6+ teaching qualification
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
