As a Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include leading country protocol and site feasibility assessments, contributing to study management documents, and coordinating local trial team activities.
* Develop and implement effective country-level strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and SOPs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful trial execution and delivery of high-quality data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 6 years of clinical trial management experience, or a total of at least 8 years of clinical trial monitoring and/or clinical trial management experience.
* Strong project management skills for complex studies involving first-in-human and healthy volunteer cohorts.
* Therapeutic knowledge in Hematology and Oncology is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth understanding of the drug development process, including GCP and local regulatory requirements.
* Strong stakeholder management and customer focus.
* Demonstrated ability to lead initiative/small teams.
