Workforce Planning Specialist - Transformation Project
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Crown's Workforce Transformation Program, focusing on the rollout of workforce transformation initiatives across business units.
Key responsibilities include participating in property working groups, collaborating with change champions, and shadowing workforce planning leads to build SME capability. Additionally, they will provide technical support for rostering, scheduling, forecasting, operate a support hotline during peak rostering periods, and assist with documentation SOPs process mapping.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have exposure to workforce planning, scheduling, operational analytics, and experience supporting transformation or change programs.
About this opportunity
This is a 4-month contract opportunity contributing to transformation across Melbourne property, helping embed new workforce models, systems, and practices aligning with Crown's goals. You'll support user training, testing, and change enablement, developing into a subject matter expert in workforce planning.
