Administration Support

We are seeking a skilled and organised administration professional to join our team in Hervey Bay. This role will involve coordinating daily administrative tasks, welcoming visitors and providing high quality support to our operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has strong organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Calm and methodical approach to work
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer proficiency

Familiarity with database systems and financial/records management would be highly regarded. A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist with this) and driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
