ORCA SWIM SCHOOLS would like to welcome you to our Magnesium Salt Pool (33deg C – TOASTY).
We are looking for a replacement swim teacher who is excited to work with children, has a positive attitude, and is interested in a role with regular shifts without a heavy full time commitment.
Responsibilities
Teach swimming skills to children with a focus on water safety while ensuring they have fun.
Complete training provided by ORCA Swim Schools (paid) and receive guidance throughout your onboarding.
Maintain a structured roster with regular hours; support may include occasional fill-in shifts.
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications
Desire to work with children and help them learn to be safe in the water.
Willingness to be employed long term; many team members have 4+ years of tenure.
Ability to work a variety of shifts (weekdays AM/PM and weekends) and adapt to a boutique-style swim school environment.
Interest in a role that offers flexibility without the commitment of 4–5 days per week.
Completed or willingness to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., Working With Children checks, First Aid, and AUSTSWIM training) as applicable.
