Workforce rostering is a vital function in delivering quality care and services to the community.
This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining rosters for direct care staff in accordance with individual contracts and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
* They will also be required to communicate effectively with customers, care staff, coordinators and nurses regarding changes to services.
* An additional responsibility will be coordinating cover for all shift vacancies due to planned or unplanned leave.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rostering, preferably within the aged care/community services sector.
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure are essential for this role.
