About the Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team in Echuca. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our hospitality function, ensuring that our residents receive outstanding service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain legislated workplace health and safety quality and hygiene standards
* Complete required documentation and reporting
* Respond to residents' queries and requests
* Perform laundry duties including loading washers & dryers sort linen hang fold wrap or iron linen
* Assist with basic food prep provide meals and snacks clear dining areas and dishwashing
* Conduct general cleaning mopping vacuuming and waste collection in the residents' rooms bathrooms communal and living areas
Requirements:
* Previous catering / food service or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Understanding of work health safety and hygiene practices
