Role Summary
As our Senior Paid Ads Designer, you’ll own the design of high-performing paid advertising creatives across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, and other paid channels. You’ll collaborate with an in-house creative team — including strategists, video editors, and copywriters — to develop high-impact visuals that drive sales for both flagship brand and upcoming minimalist‑meets‑bold longevity brand.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels (≈80% of your role)
- Edit and produce short-form video content tailored for paid campaigns
- Bring creative briefs to life with performance-driven visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including email and website assets
- Leverage AI tools to enhance your creative workflow and output
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of commercial design experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce/DTC paid ads
- Proven results designing ads that convert — we want to see the data and creative
- Deep understanding of what makes people click and buy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects preferred)
- Strong video editing + motion graphics ability
- Experience using AI design tools to boost creative efficiency
- Must be based in Australia (remote role)
Bonus Points For
- Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads platform knowledge
- Experience with supplement, wellness, or skincare brands
- Advanced motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with Figma, Klaviyo, or Shopify
- Understanding of CRO principles
