We're looking for our next HR Partner (HR Coordinator/HR Advisor level) to join our team. This role supports our HR Partners across a range of projects, as well as taking a lead on the coordination of end-to-end recruitment for our client portfolio.
About the role
While no two days are the same, here is what a week for you might look like:
* Monday – checking in with the team, having internal project and 1:1 meetings to brainstorm and hit the ground running for the week. Then taking a job scope from a client ready to write and post a new job ad.
* Tuesday – you're onsite at a client's office to support the team with onboarding processes for a recent new hire and coordinating their monthly All Hands meeting.
* Wednesday - teaming up with a HR Partner to support development of a performance review framework and processes, and then preparing an initial draft of a policy for another client.
* Thursday – you're #wfh diving into engagement survey results, putting the data into a digestible report for a HR Partner to present to a client's senior leadership team. Alongside this, you're shortlisting and phone screening candidates and arranging face-to-face interviews for a client.
* Friday – in the office with the whole team, supporting on projects for clients, and then reflecting, wrapping up and setting yourself up for the week ahead (with a beverage in hand, if you'd prefer).
About you
Every member of our team brings a unique mix of experience, skills and interests. We can't wait to see what you will add, but would love for you to have:
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR administration or office management.
* Strong written and verbal communication. This role will involve plenty of time on calls with candidates and clients, so comfort doing this will be important.
* Interest in growing your career in HR.
* Exposure to a range of industries and sizes of business, preferred.
* Confident to create structure in your day-to-day, because you are proactive, self-motivated and organised in your approach to your work.
* An empathetic, curious and positive approach to problem solving.
* Preference for collaboration, with the ability to work autonomously when required.
