We're a well-established Canberra-based business specialising in strata landscape maintenance, and we're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Gardener — ideally someone at Leading Hand level or ready to step into that role.
The role
* Ongoing landscape maintenance across strata properties
* Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and general grounds upkeep
* Weed control and plant care
* Minor landscape and repair works
* Basic irrigation repairs and fault finding (experience an advantage)
* Working independently on sites and assisting with team supervision
* Opportunity to take ownership of sites and step into a Leading Hand position
This role would suit you if:
* You're currently subcontracting and want:
* consistent wages
* stable, full-time hours
* no quoting, invoicing, or chasing payments
* You have solid experience in landscape maintenance
* You have a minimum of 3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience
* You hold an unrestricted Australian driver's licence (essential)
* You must be an Australian citizen
* You're reliable, organised, and take pride in presentation
* You're looking for long-term work with progression
