Market West represents fruit and vegetable wholesalers operating within the Perth Markets, supporting the WA fresh produce supply chain. Reporting to the CEO, this role leads delivery of WA retail programs and marketing activity across digital, in-store and events. It is suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys working closely with retailers, members and industry partners.
What you will do
* Lead WA retail program and A Better Choice! activity
* Deliver marketing campaigns, content and communications
* Manage website, social channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) and CRM systems
* Coordinate Market West events and activations
* Support member communications and sponsorship activity
About you - Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* A degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Food, Nutrition, Communications, or Social Media, is essential.
* At least three years of demonstrated experience delivering marketing campaigns and content including digital, events and in-store campaigns.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong digital marketing, social media, event management, CRM and IT system skills.
* Knowledge of fruit and vegetable retail and wholesale environments (highly desirable).
* Experience supervising and coordinating the work of outsourced or in-house staff resources (highly desirable).
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
