About the Role
We're on the lookout for a bright, detail-oriented and people-focused Assistant Finance Officer to join our team.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn how great businesses operate from financial systems to customer success.
You'll play a key role in supporting participants of the NDIS by helping manage their plan budgets, process invoices, resolve queries, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll also become a key point of contact, your voice will often be the first one our participants hear, so clarity and empathy matter.
Along the way, you'll gain practical, transferable experience in finance, compliance, workflow management, and communication skills that set you up for future success across any sector or promotion within the All Plan Management team.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Support: Confidently respond to calls and emails with warmth, professionalism, and practical help.
Payment Administration: Accurately enter and process invoices for services delivered.
Budget Tracking: Review and support participant spending and flag issues early to prevent overspending.
Problem Solving: Communicate effectively when identifying issues with invoices, services or budgets and help resolve or escalate them.
Order Placement: Assist with ordering consumables and services on behalf of participants.
Workflow Tracking: Use digital tools to stay on top of tasks and help keep the team organised.
Admin Support: Help the team with reporting, file maintenance, and general administration.

You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate work.
You're reliable, friendly, and organised even when things get busy.
You either hold or are willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening check .
Experience in administration, customer service, health, hospitality, or finance is a bonus.
