What you'll be doing
* Assisting with preparation, mixing, baking and packing a variety of breads and sweet yeast products.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the Bakery.
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
* A team player collaborating with a passionate team maintaining high efficiency.
* Effectively work under time constraints while ensuring quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Baking preferred.
* Experience in a commercial Bakery with industrial ovens or in a food industry.
* Must be available to start work at 2am for early morning shifts.
* Good physical stamina and be able to lift 25kg.
* Own reliable transport and have active driver's license.
* Ability to follow recipes and understand methods.
* Must hold valid Australian work rights or visa.
