We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our dynamic team and take charge of creating and maintaining breathtaking outdoor spaces for our valued clients.
This role primarily services North Brisbane and Central Brisbane.
This is a permanent full time position with all the benefits including:

You will have a variety of duties including:
- leading, supporting, motivating & mentoring a high performing team
- planning & coordination of daily activities
- upholding the highest standards of quality landscape maintenance services
- providing expert advice on landscape maintenance practices
What you need to have:
- demonstrated industry experience
- preferably at least 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- strong knowledge of landscape gardening/maintenance techniques
- proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives
- understanding of OHS and environmental requirements
- people and performance management skills to drive high performing teams
