We're seeking a driven Wealth Solutions Partner to lead strategy, client relationships, and business growth in Northern NSW. This is your chance to make a real impact — connecting clients to integrated Wealth, Insurance, and Lending solutions that can be genuinely life changing.
What you'll do:
* Engage with existing and new clients to uncover needs and opportunities.
* Connect Wealth Management clients with specialists across Accounting, Advisory, Tax, and Wealth.
* Manage client relationships from first conversation to ongoing partnership.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions.
About you:
* Licensed advisor with strong commercial acumen and a passion for creating meaningful client outcomes.
* Skilled at building relationships, solving problems, and identifying growth opportunities.
* Curious, collaborative, and results-driven.
* Comfortable managing a region, including travel within Northern NSW.
