$130-180k DOE plus commission, plus super
**The Role**
- This role offers a unique leadership opportunity under the Managing Director's guidance, overseeing sales and business development activities.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with sales to attract new business, formulate national sales plans, and create promotional strategies.
- Manage sales operations, assist in onboarding new reps, and support skincare business managers.
- Implement and oversee the company's CRM system, conduct coaching sessions, and develop state business plans.
- Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, recruit and manage staff, and facilitate training sessions for key customers.
- Work with the sales team to enhance top account relationships through tailored promotions and conduct monthly business reviews.
**Requirements**:
- Leadership experience in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Industry in Australia.
- Proficiency in devising and executing successful business plans, with strong key account management skills.
- Track record of coaching high-performing teams and launching products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, including formulary management and tender processes.
- Flexibility to travel within Australia and Recent Zealand.
