4WD Central is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Townsville team, drive profitability, and strengthen our brand presence in North Queensland.
About the Role As Branch Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
You'll manage profit and loss, identify opportunities to build revenue, and develop local strategies to increase brand recognition and customer engagement.
Working closely with the Dealer Principal and the wider management team, you'll help shape the direction of the business while leading a motivated team that shares your drive for success.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams Drive sales performance and ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved Manage profit and loss, analyse results, and implement strategies to improve profitability Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and attend events to build brand momentum Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Oversee stock control and inventory efficiency Build strong customer relationships and foster brand loyalty Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service Collaborate with the Dealer Principal and management group to achieve strategic goals What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or branch management role (or a proven Parts Interpreter or Sales Leader with strong business results) Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing profit and loss Sound knowledge of the 4WD accessories or automotive industry Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure Proficiency with computer systems and sales software Highly Regarded Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpretation) Technical aptitude and genuine passion for 4WDs and off-road gear Why Join 4WD Central?
