Workforce Transformation Lead
We're seeking a seasoned expert to drive workforce transformation initiatives that propel business forward. As Workforce Transformation Lead, you will lead the charge in crafting and delivering world-class workforce strategies that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workforce transformation initiatives, encompassing organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to craft and deliver workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
* Analyse workforce data, trends, and future capability requirements to inform evidence-based decision-making.
* Design and manage workforce transition programs, including role changes, redeployment, and workforce reduction programs where necessary.
* Implement change management strategies to support colleague engagement and adoption of workforce initiatives.
* Develop and track workforce transformation metrics and report outcomes to executive leadership.
* E nsure workforce transformation programs align with legal, industrial, and organisational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational design, or transformation programs.
* Effective collaboration and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives.
* Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights.
* Experience in change management methodologies and people transition programs.
* Future-focused, with a passion for enabling people and organisational success.
* High resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
