Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organisation.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that shows and delivers positive results.
- Talent magnet skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
