Our mission is to redefine and repair. The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team while managing the day-to-day operations. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop operations to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in line with AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and vehicle repairs. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Deliver exceptional customer service through professional and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Maintain site profitability by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing levels, build positive work provider relationships, and ensure effective team management. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to WHS policies and procedures, and reporting safety incidents promptly.
