We are seeking a candidate who can contribute to our team and assist residents with their daily living activities while encouraging their independence.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in individual support or equivalent recognized qualification, experience in dementia support, effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to prioritize workloads, flexibility, empathy, and patience when interacting with elderly individuals.
