Newly created | Global Orthopaedics | Executive remit
We're partnering with a global orthopaedic manufacturer to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager into a newly created ANZ leadership role. This position can be based anywhere on the East Coast, or beyond potentially.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, this position owns the commercial performance and P&L across WA, SA, TAS and New Zealand. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy, lead and develop an established agent network, and play a key role in influencing national and UK-based global initiatives .
This is a senior role for someone who enjoys autonomy, complexity and impact, balancing strategy with execution, and growth with profitability.
What you'll do
* Own the regional P&L and commercial strategy
* Drive market expansion and margin improvement
* Lead, coach and hold accountable indirect channel partners
* Engage orthopaedic KOLs and senior hospital stakeholders
* Orchestrate new product launches across indirect markets
* Act as a key commercial link between ANZ and the UK
About you
* Proven success leading agent / indirect sales models across multiple regions
* Strong background in orthopaedics or complex medical devices
* Commercially astute with demonstrated P&L ownership
* Credible with surgeons, executives and cross-functional teams
