About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team and execute internal communications programmes and content development and distribution services for multiple purposes.
* Responsibilities include content development and distribution for internal and external communications purposes, including CEO and staff communication, newsletters, internal announcement emails, intranet postings, homepage content, PPT presentations, media communications etc.
* The successful candidate will develop and execute core internal communications programmes and provide internal communications change management advice and support to enable strategic business initiatives.
This role will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective internal communications strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop content for internal projects across various business units.
* Contribute to corporate blogging programs and support the corporate social media communications strategy.
* Maintain general information sections of the company website.
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of ICT solutions and services.
2. Advanced level of editing and writing skills.
3. Relevant internal communications planning & change management experience is highly desirable.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in a communications-related role (e.g. journalism).
5. Experience with managing social media accounts.
6. Must be highly competent with all MS Office programs, with excellent PPT skills.
