Client Service Professional
Provide exceptional client service and administrative support to a team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support account brokers with client insurance/risk needs, communicating effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Participate in policy renewal activities, drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
* Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, and client managers.
Requirements:
* Strong administration and customer service skills.
* Experience supporting senior brokers or similar roles (highly regarded).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
