We're looking for a high-performing sales leader to take charge of sales operations in Western Australia. This role leads a small, specialist team covering sensors, technical teaching equipment, and electrical products, while managing key strategic accounts and driving regional growth.

About the Role:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of three sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
Manage and grow key accounts, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions.
Build strong customer, partner, and vendor relationships across WA.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
5–7 years' experience in senior sales or sales management in technical, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Strong understanding of sensors, technical teaching systems, or electrical products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven, strategic thinker, and customer-focused.
