A leading construction firm is seeking a construction manager in Royal Park, Adelaide. The job is for permanent basis and salary will be 90,000.00 - 90,000.00 $ /year. The ideal candidate should have to perform the following responsibilities:-
* Make progress and achievement reports
* Handle day to day operational activities
* Maintain projects to be finished within scheduled time for budget preparation
* Deal with inventory/schedule/record and work duties
Required experiences and expertises:-
* Required Present Traffic Management ticket
* Should have current MR Truck licence
* Should contain white card
* Must contain great project management skills
* Should possess good knowledge in natural gas reticulation
* Present First Aid Certificate required
* Should well versed with Steel Gas Main construction
* Be aware of all practices and building plans
* Specifications of Steel Pipelines is necessary
* Current rigger or dogman ticket advantageous
* Should have sound knowledge in TD Williamson Hot Tapping and Stoppeling
