About the Role
As the National Business Development Manager, you will report to the CEO of Entrée Early Years and Entrée Recruitment, and will support to shape the future of the business; opening doors, naturing partnerships and creating meaningful relationships.
Duties
* Shape and deliver a thoughtful, people first national growth strategy
* Create genuine, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
* Lead business pitches and proposals with warmth, clarity and creativity
* Be our voice at national events and industry gatherings
* Partner with our internal team to deliver seamless, high-quality service
* Build partnerships with industry bodies and complementary organisations
* Champion technology and tools that enhance our clients and educators experience
* Analyse competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
* In consultation with Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, create marketing strategies and drive new business innovations
Skills & Experience
* A background within the Early Childhood sector
* A natural connector who builds trust, warmth and authenticity
* Passionate about the early years sector and the impact quality educators have on children's lives
* Confident in having senior-level conversations but always, grounded and approachable
* Strategic and commercially minded with a heart led approach to partnership building
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Exceptional client/stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Sound financial skills
* A strong work ethic and a desire to develop your career further
* Ability to travel interstate
