As a Boutique Manager at our Robina boutique, you will oversee the daily operations of the boutique and ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets, objectives and KPI’s.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Boutique Manager who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team!
* 18 month mat leave cover contract, full-time position, 38 hours a week
* Competitive base salary + super + bonus scheme
* Up to 5 additional leave days per year
What you will bring:
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experience
* A strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIs
* Ability to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the region
* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Team management and team development experience– the ability to lead and coach teams to success

*This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hour a week, where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight.
