Larvotto Resources (LVR) is developing the Hillgrove Antimony and Gold Project in Armidale, NSW. This project offers a unique opportunity to work within the mining industry in the vibrant regional town of Armidale, renowned for its quality of life, educational institutions, and beautiful surroundings. Centrally located between Brisbane and Sydney, Armidale is just a short drive to the popular Coffs Coast.
About the Role
As the Maintenance Planner, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance activities across site on both fixed and mobile plant and equipment.
This role is on a Residential basis (relocation provided) and follows a 5 days on 2 days off, 4 days on 3 days off roster. (5/2, 4/3).
Key Responsibilities and experience will include:
* Partnering with trades and production teams to ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on time and in full.
* Preparing and overseeing plant shutdowns, and project related works.
* Strong CMMS Database & Microsoft Office skills
* High attention to detail
* Maintenance Planning experience within Mining or Heavy Industry
* Strong knowledge of maintenance workflows, statutory servicing intervals and OEM requirements
* Proven ability to collaborate with operations, maintenance and supply chain teams, autonomously as required.
Qualifications and Education
* Trade Qualification - Electrical or Mechanical
* Forklift License
* First Aid Certificate/CPR Certification (highly desirable)
Other Requirements:
* Valid Manual Driver's License
* Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
* Must be able to provide a valid National Police Clearance, obtained within the last six months upon request.
* Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, and comply with ongoing testing during employment.
