Role Overview
The Contracts Administrator will work closely with Project Managers and Estimators to manage end-to-end contract administration across multiple residential builds.
You will take ownership of procurement, contract documentation, variations, cost tracking, and compliance, ensuring each project moves smoothly through each stage of the build.
* Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontract agreements (MBAV or AS formats)
* Manage variations, RFIs, EOTs, and maintain accurate documentation
* Oversee procurement: issue purchase orders, coordinate subcontractor engagement
* Maintain cost tracking and support budget reporting
* Coordinate permits, insurances, safety files and compliance documentation
* Maintain detailed project records and contribute to system/process improvements
* Liaise with PMs, estimators, site teams and subcontractors to support project milestones
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Administration: Manage end-to-end contract administration for residential projects

* Cost Tracking: Maintain accurate cost tracking and support budget reporting
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation
