Parts Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
This is a key role where you will be the link between our customers and our parts team - interpreting, sourcing, and selling genuine truck and trailer parts while delivering outstanding customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email. As a hands-on, customer-facing professional, your technical knowledge, attention to detail, sales skills, and teamwork will shine in this dynamic environment.
* Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter / Advisor / Technical Sales Professional in the truck or automotive industry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude to drive results
* Good administration and computer skills, with Auto IT experience an advantage
* A valid Driver's Licence, with Forklift Licence desirable
* A team player mindset, reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow and develop within the company
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing performance, safety, and continuous improvement
