**The Role**:
The role will be initially supporting the large Sales & Leasing team, marketing properties online, preparing market appraisals & sale tenders, managing contractors & solicitors, database & CRM management. Additionally, you will be preparing Commercial & Retail leases.
There will be an opportunity to progress into a Sales & Leasing Executive or Asset Management.
Ideally coming from a Residential or Commercial Property background, you could be a strong administrator or a Property Manager looking to make the switch to commercial. You must be a quick learner & be a 'sponge' for new information. You have high attention to details & have strong typing, MS Word & Excel Skills as this is a heavily administration based role. And most of all you must be passionate about the real estate industry!
