Your key responsibilities:
* Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in financial institutions coverage
* Due diligence of clients and markets
* Deal documentation and internal approvals
* Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
* Handle day to day client queries on all execution related matters
* Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
Your skills and experience:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Financial Institutions coverage
* Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
* Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
* Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
* Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
