Job Description As a Coty Team Leader in Victoria & South Australia, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of dedicated Coty retail merchandisers across pharmacy, mass, and grocery channels. This role goes beyond execution — it's about building field capability, driving resource efficiency, and embedding a culture of quality and accountability. You will be instrumental in optimizing field operations through real-time coaching, quality reviews, and performance scorecards, ensuring every campaign is delivered to Clemenger Field Marketing & Coty's premium standards.
