The Company: Our client is a Fortune 500 risk management and insurance solutions company and a global leader in their market.
About the role: You will provide support to the team across Australia and New Zealand.
Ensuring smooth communication, conducting on-site audits, and maintaining systems to support business programs.
You'll collaborate with the service teams to meet client and consumer needs, while also assisting the claims team with daily inquiries, providing timely and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure system configuration is maintained promptly and accurately.
Manage email inboxes and take appropriate action.
Visit and assess service agent performance.
Liaise with service centres to address queries, escalations, and SLA turn-around times.
Provide support across the network, including salvage, system setups, on-site audits, and system maintenance.
Assist with monthly reporting on key metrics and SLAs for service centres.
Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
