The Family: A creative, health-conscious family of three, soon to be four, seeking a calm, experienced and caring nanny to support their transition with a newborn arriving mid-2025. The family value connection, nature, independent play, and a calm, tidy home environment. Screens are not used with their children, and they prioritise natural rhythms and respectful care. One friendly cat is also part of the household. Days & Hours: Help is ideally needed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays or Fridays, with occasional night or overnight support as needed, particularly during the early months with a newborn. Final schedule to be discussed and agreed upon together once the baby arrives. An average of 20 hours per week negotiable A Typical Day Will Include: Morning routine and breakfast with the toddler Indoor/outdoor play and stimulating activities Pram walks or running errands Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, putting away shopping) Meal prep for the toddler and children’s meals Managing naps (usually one short and one long nap) Support with newborn care Dinner, bath and bedtime assistance when needed Creating a warm, clean, calm and engaging environment for both children Location: Swanbourne, WA The Family's Dream Nanny: Someone who is kind, nurturing, and proactive. You're experienced with both toddlers and newborns, and confident supporting a family during this transitional time. You’re neat, organised, respectful, and understand how to create calm in a busy household. You value early childhood development and may even speak a second European language. You treat the children and home with care, take initiative, and have the emotional maturity to support parents as well as kids. You don’t need to do everything—but what you do, you do well.
