Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to drive growth in our Health and Benefits division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets new business targets while maintaining a portfolio of existing clients.
The Role
* Develop and execute a sales plan to expand our presence in the Western Australian Health and Benefits market.
* Provide exceptional service and support to our existing Health and Benefits clients.
* Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, clients, and industry professionals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Health and Benefits solutions into existing client portfolios.
Requirements
* A relevant degree and industry-related qualifications are highly desirable.
* Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of driving initiatives and closing opportunities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Knowledge of Group Risk and Group Medical insurance would be highly regarded.
* Tier 1 qualification is essential.
