The Role:
Representing our valued network partner, you will play a pivotal leadership and operational role. You'll bring their vision to life across multiple pharmacies by delivering ongoing training and development, fostering team collaboration, driving brand initiatives, and harnessing our advanced technology and services. With a strong customer focus and a data-driven mindset, you'll work closely with in store managers and senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes that enhance performance and meet key metrics.
You Won't Be Doing It Alone
You'll be part of a national team experienced leaders, each supporting a group of pharmacies on behalf of their network partners. This highly skilled and engaged team meets regularly both in person and online to share insights, support one another, and leverage each other's expertise. In addition, you'll be backed by our dedicated Pharmacy Support Services team, including specialists in Centralised Ordering, QCCP compliance, People and Culture, Accounts, and a passionate General Manager all committed to helping you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities
At TerryWhite Chemmart, we believe leadership is about influence, not just encouragement, but true guidance and impact. As Multi-Site Pharmacy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic and Financial Oversight: Lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and retail compliance. Your strong grasp of financial metrics and ability to craft and execute effective business strategies will drive success across your pharmacies.
* Team Leadership and Culture Building: Cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment. Motivate teams to perform at their best, celebrate achievements, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement. This will involve regular, hands-on support at store level.
* Effective Communication and Coaching: Conduct one-on-one meetings with store leadership to help them meet targets and address people-related challenges. Your exceptional communication style and interpersonal skills will be key to your success. For complex HR matters, you'll be supported by a dedicated People and Culture team.
* Talent Acquisition and Retention: Play an active role in recruitment by partnering with our People and Culture team. Help stores enhance their hiring capabilities and implement strategies to improve retention.
* Responsive Leadership: Be attuned to the needs of your teams and leaders, championing consistency, clear communication, and strong engagement.
