Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Asset Management: Enhance the investment performance of commercial property assets through strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and operational staff to ensure effective management and service delivery.
* Collaboration: Collaborate actively with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and facilitate development initiatives.
* Property Inspection: Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of presentation and maintenance.
* Lease Administration: Oversee the execution of all lease and contractual documentation.
* Rent Reviews: Offer recommendations to property owners regarding rent reviews and lease renewals.
* Lease Administration: Coordinate lease administration activities and communicate with tenants as needed.
* Financial Management: Manage the control and collection of financial obligations, including rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs.
* Reconciliation: Perform thorough reconciliation of outgoings to ensure accuracy.
* Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Assistant Property Manager through mentoring and management.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Property Manager is a must.
* Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the Leases Act.
* Licenses: Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Either an Agents Representative certificate or a full Real Estate license.
* Skills: Exceptional service management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in IT with a keen eye for detail.
