At our organization, we are seeking a Talent and Culture Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties from Coffs Harbour to Coolangatta.
This role will be responsible for advising operational leaders on talent and culture matters, planning and executing training programs, and taking ownership of high-performing talent in the region.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources or a related field, proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and a passion for people, culture, and HR best practices.
We are looking for a team player who can work independently, with initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and deliver high-quality results.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
