 
        
        Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide high-quality ITS support to students and employees
 * Execute incident resolution, monitor and manage server performance, create technical documentation, and ensure system access and control practices are maintained
About You:
 * Experience in ICT roles with at least three years' experience
 * Knowledge of ITIL v3+ service management processes/practices
 * Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience required
