Job Title: Career Transition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Career Transition Specialist at our Browns Plains site. You will work with participants in the Workforce Australia program to help them overcome barriers to employment and transition into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers.
2. Engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
3. Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
4. Provide participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
5. Apply problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes.
This is a parental leave position until January 2026.
