Emtec Facility Services are looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee building fabric and hard service remedial works across the Northeast of England and Scotland. This role is ideal for someone with a facilities Management background and experience in building fabric, construction or M&E Trades.
This role is offered with a competitive salary and a company van.
The Role
* Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Create a scope of work with approved contractors and coordinate supply chain resources.
* Support pricing of individual projects and work packages.
* Oversee site setup, deliver inductions, and ensure safety standards are met.
* Conduct toolbox talks and engage with workers on health, safety, and welfare.
* Attend site meetings and liaise with subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
* Complete final inspections and coordinate remedial work as needed.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a similar role, working on live construction projects.
* working on live construction sites with minimal supervision.
* Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and Health and Safety procedure.
* Proven experience managing sub-contractors and site-based operatives.
* Ability to collate and manage construction phase documentation.
* A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
It would be great if you have
* Valid CSCS card, First Aid Certification, IPAF, and PASMA.
* Experience in producing construction phase plans.
