An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and experienced WHS & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the growing MMJ team in a flexible, part-time capacity. Take ownership of MMJ's ISO-certified Integrated Management System and Safety Management System.
Make a meaningful impact to our operations through document control, reporting, policy/process development and implementation, systems training and oversight, risk analysis and re-accreditation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead WHS and Quality systems across the organisation
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Manage audits, inspections, and ISO recertification
* Deliver engaging toolbox talks and tailored training sessions
* Maintain and update IMS documentation
* Maintain the Safety Management System and ensure its appropriate use by staff
* Analyse safety and quality data to inform strategic decisions
* Coach and support teams to uphold best practices
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 3 years in a WHS and/or Quality role
* Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
* Problem solving and analysis skills
* High attention to detail and compliance with established plans and processes
* Sound knowledge of ISO certification standards
* Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice
