We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and welfare of Indigenous young people and their families.
As an Administration Support Worker, you will contribute to our Neuro Ability Support Services (NASS) Program in Townsville or Cairns offices. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver culturally responsive services to young people with suspected or diagnosed neurodevelopment disabilities.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing administration support to the NASS Leadership Team
* Assisting with client appointments, meetings, and functions
* Visiting young people and their families at home or other locations
* Using Microsoft 365 applications for record-keeping and communication
* Performing routine administration tasks and building positive relationships with clients
Requirements
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Community Services, Diploma of Community Services, or extensive experience working in a similar role
* Valid Driver Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children)
