We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Robina Town Centre.
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Delivering high-quality, front-line security services to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing potential risks.
- Accurately reporting and documenting incidents.
- Responding promptly to medical and security emergencies, including handling emergency situations.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with emergency services.
- Using your conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations when necessary.
- Offering guidance and operational support to fellow security officers.
**What we're looking for**:
- A valid security licence with a crowd controller function.
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport (preferred).
- Physical fitness, as you'll be walking up to 30,000 steps per shift.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook) and the ability to write concise, factual incident reports and maintain shift logs.
- Previous security experience or transferable skills from other areas.
