Education Support Role
Candidate seeks an Education Support role to leverage communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless education services delivery. Experience with educational technologies and familiarity with school operations are desirable but not required.

* Provide high levels of customer support and service to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Stay updated on changing ICT standards and technology to ensure compliance with current services.
* Participate in regular devotions and prayer sessions as part of our faith community.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage in problem-solving and continuous learning
* General capability with technology (Mac, iOS, Google, Zoom etc)
* Devout commitment to live and work in accordance with the Christian Faith and its values
* Hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check
