About the Role

* The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for leading high-quality hospitality services that create a warm, home-like environment for residents, families, and staff.
* Key responsibilities include overseeing catering, housekeeping, and laundry services, ensuring excellence in every detail.
* The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching large teams, as well as knowledge of OHS, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
* A Certificate in Commercial Cookery is mandatory, and experience in preparing and cooking for large groups is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example in the kitchen when needed and foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports staff development and high-quality service.
* The manager will also collaborate with suppliers and manage resources efficiently within budget.
* This role reports to the Service Manager and requires a hands-on leader who can drive continuous improvement to enhance the resident experience.
